Privacy Policy

1. Free Results and Server Transmission Timing

While viewing free results on the screen, the information and photos you input are processed only on your current device. Information is transmitted to our servers only when you check the consent for data collection, usage, and necessary production, and click the payment button to order a customized paid PDF.

2. Personal Information Collected and Used

• Required Items: Email, guardian name or nickname/gender/birth date/birth time/birthplace, dog name/gender/birth info/birthplace/breed, living conditions, consent version and time, confirmation of the applicant's adult status (18+), and confirmation of authority to provide other adult guardians' information. We do not collect information from children under 13.
• Order Items: Internal order number, product type/party size/image mode/payment amount, and payment status reference values.
• Required Purpose: Paid order and payment verification, customized PDF generation, automated review, email delivery, cancellation, refund, error checking, and regeneration.
• Cover Illustration Items & Purpose: To draw the cover for all reports, we use non-identifying instructions consisting only of the guardian's gender/age group and the dog's breed/gender. Names, birth dates, birthplaces, and emails are not included in the instructions.
• Photo Version Items & Purpose: If a photo version is selected, photos and file information are used for producing and cross-checking the original cover or photo-based illustration. Photos are not collected if the basic illustration is chosen.
• Collection Method: Directly inputted by the user on the paid PDF order screen and submitted after required consent.

3. Retention Period and Destruction

• Orders with completed PDF delivery: 30 days from the completion date.
• Undelivered, generating, failed, or canceled orders: 60 days from the initial receipt date.
• After the above periods, an automated daily deletion task permanently removes emails, customer access tokens, survey responses, analysis inputs, original photos, generated images, and PDFs.
• Minimum transaction records related to contracts, withdrawal of offers, payments, and supply (internal order number, product, amount, payment/refund status, and time) are kept separate from production personal data and retained for 5 years. This retention is strictly based on the South Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, as the operator is a South Korean business. These records are used solely for settlement and dispute resolution purposes.
• Payment processors may also retain transaction records according to their respective policies and applicable laws.
• Delivery data from our email provider, Resend, is retained for 30 days from the send date, after which it is deleted according to their policy.

4. Subprocessors and International Transfer

We use the following subprocessors to take payment for, create and deliver customized PDFs. We pass the checkout only an order reference and the email you entered; card numbers and payment authentication details go directly to Lemon Squeezy and are never received or stored by TailTempos (operated by FR Corporation).

For photo-based illustrations, we compare drafts from both OpenAI and Google using the same quality standards. The operator disables data use for training, uses temporary chats, and does not submit feedback. However, each provider's safety and abuse prevention reviews may apply. If you do not wish to send photos internationally, you can choose the basic illustration or original photo cover. If you refuse all international transfers, you can still use the free screen results, but you cannot order the paid PDF. 4-1. Google Antigravity Processing Limits

Antigravity is an agent service provided by Google, governed by terms separate from the Gemini app. TailTempos uses Antigravity solely for non-identifying composition instructions for basic illustrations and for checking generated images. It does not transmit customer photos, names, birth dates, birthplaces, or emails. We verify that interaction improvement and telemetry settings are disabled prior to operation.

5. Automatically Processed Information

To improve our service, we store a random session identifier in sessionStorage only while the browser tab is open. We collect non-personal event attributes such as usage steps (e.g., result completion) and product types. Funnel events are automatically deleted after 90 days. You may block browser storage or close the tab to refuse this, which will not affect the free result functionality. To prevent order automation, IP addresses are converted into irreversible SHA-256 hashes to calculate the number of orders per hour and are deleted after 24 hours. Cloudflare security and access logs temporarily contain IP addresses and request times, retained for 3 to 7 days depending on the plan. Advertising cookies are disclosed separately in the Advertising section below. We do not sell your personal data.

5-1. Advertising Cookies

This site includes the Google AdSense script on all pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. We will seek separate explicit consent for advertising insertion where required by applicable law.

5-2. Post-delivery Optional Survey

When you submit a survey after receiving your PDF, we collect your ratings, purchase intent, error details, and freeform opinions under a separate consent. The survey is optional and does not affect your use of the PDF. Responses are deleted after the same 30 or 60-day retention period as the associated order.

6. Data Subject Rights

All users have the right to request access, correction, deletion, processing suspension, and withdrawal of consent regarding their personal information. Please email report@withgaeyeon.com with your order number and application email, and we will process it after verifying your identity. Refusing or withdrawing consent may restrict customized PDF production, but free screen results remain available. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

7. Security Measures

We apply transmission encryption, operational secret key separation, admin generation API access restrictions, input validation, data minimization, order-specific access, and automated deletion. Access to personal data is restricted to the operational scope necessary for PDF generation and error handling.

8. Department in Charge and Policy Changes

The TailTempos operations team is responsible for personal data matters. For inquiries, email report@withgaeyeon.com. If critical details such as subprocessors or retention periods change, we will notify you of the date and content on this page prior to implementation.
