1. Service Description

TailTempos provides a free on-screen result and a paid personalised PDF report based on the guardian and dog information and living conditions you provide. The English edition currently offers the basic edition, whose cover is an illustration made without photos. Each PDF passes automated layout and content checks before it is emailed to you.

2. Limitations of Reference Content

Interpretations of compatibility, five elements, and breed characteristics are for reference only, intended to observe relationships and organize care routines. They are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or professional behavioral diagnosis. For safety issues such as pain, aggression, or severe anxiety, you must prioritize the judgment of a veterinarian or a qualified professional.

Ordering and Payment

• The price is calculated from the number of guardians and dogs and is shown in USD before checkout. Any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live is added at checkout.
• Applicants must provide accurate email addresses and information they are authorized to submit. You must ensure you have the consent and authority to provide information about any other adult guardians.
• Orders are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record: it takes the payment, charges the applicable tax and issues your receipt. We start producing your report only after Lemon Squeezy confirms the payment to us. Online checkout for this edition is being prepared and may not be available yet.
• Orders suspected of duplicate payments, amount discrepancies, or fraud will be suspended and refunded.

3. Creation and Delivery

• You may use a consented nickname for the guardian's name. Applicants must be adults (18 years of age or older). Information from children under 13 is strictly prohibited.
• After payment is complete, the PDF is generated, reviewed, and delivered to the provided email address and a customer download link.
• If generation or automated checks fail, the PDF will not be sent and will be re-reviewed. If creation is impossible, we will guide you through cancellation or a refund.
• Spam classification or delivery delays may occur depending on your email service provider's policies.

4. Cancellation, Refund, and Regeneration

Because each report is made for you, you can cancel for a full refund until production starts. After delivery, we regenerate at no cost any report with an error on our side: wrong names or dates, missing pages, corrupted text or images, a file that will not open, or content from another order. If we cannot deliver a usable report, we refund you in full. Email report@withgaeyeon.com with your order number within 14 days of purchase; refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

5. Use Restrictions

Results must not be used as the sole basis for animal adoption, rehoming, stopping medical treatment, breeding, or discrimination against people or animals. Disrupting the service or unauthorized copying, reselling, or reverse engineering of the results or system is prohibited.

6. Results and Intellectual Property

Results are generated based on the inputted information and the analysis rules active at the time. Breed traits are average tendencies; the actual individual animal's health, socialization, and personality take precedence. The rights to the analysis structure, text, design, illustrations, and PDF compilations belong to TailTempos (Operated by: FR Corporation) or the rightful owners. Buyers may use the delivered results for personal, non-commercial care purposes.

7. Photo Version and Generation Results

The basic illustration cover is drawn without photos using non-identifying prompts (guardian gender/age group, dog breed/gender) and is not a portrait of actual individuals. Due to the nature of generative AI, photo-based illustrations cannot be perfectly identical to the original photo. If severe distortion, inclusion of other entities, or extreme cropping is found, it will be regenerated without delivery. If the original photo cover is selected, the photo is not sent to the generative AI.

Seller and Inquiries

Lemon Squeezy, LLC is the Merchant of Record for purchases and is the name on your receipt and card statement. The report and the service are provided by FR Corporation (CEO Kim Hyuntae), which operates TailTempos.
